Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager will focus on optimizing our digital marketing efforts to spread awareness and generate sales for our available inventory and ensure the success of our marketing campaigns. A successful candidate will have experience leading marketing initiatives and will be an entrepreneurial self-starter that can collaborate across several lines of business.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy to support vehicle sales. Optimize marketing placements (digital, print, internal) of new vehicle stock, used vehicles, and off-lease vehicles.
  • Analyze available data and insights tools to maximize vehicle marketing budget, make recommendations to leadership, and enhance existing marketing campaigns to sell vehicles.
  • Lead vehicle photography and creative placement for available-for-sale trucks. Distribute inventory feeds and photos to marketing vendors.
  • Build marketing materials for and attend industry trade shows, as well as the company’s special events.
  • Lead a project to redevelop and relaunch our company website by evaluating new vendors that will optimize our content and improve the digital experience.
  • Regularly create, edit, and update our company’s website in collaboration with managers and our website vendor partners.
  • Maximize our marketing approach for Truck Sales, recruiting and company recognition.
  • Support our organization’s reputation (i.e. Google reviews, Facebook reviews, and so on).
  • Manage Voice of the Customer (survey) projects and initiatives.
  • Support leadership by drafting and editing speeches, press releases, presentations, and more.
  • Develop a conference and/or industry event engagement strategy for our leadership team.
  • Create, manage, and update all company communications to our employees.
  • Develop an internal communication strategy, including development of internal newsletter and town hall employee engagements.
  • Maximize our leadership’s message and support our management’s ability to communicate on our various applications.
  • Write and take employee photos for our organization’s internal quarterly newsletter.
  • Develop company-wide digital advertising strategy with direction from leadership and oversee paid media efforts.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and ensure alignment with dealership sales strategy.
  • Make recommendations on compelling, aesthetic, and on-brand content recommendations for our digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels with the support of the Head of Marketing and our external partners and agencies.
  • Additional duties as assigned to support our company in multiple capacities. This role supports 6 locations across Pennsylvania.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of marketing experience, experience in dealership or transportation industry or business-to-business marketing preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and efficiency.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects while working independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design software.
  • A good design sense, photography experience, and organization skills.
  • Tech-savvy: can easily learn and adopt new software and platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and efficiency.
  • Experience presenting recommendations to leadership.
