How will I receive my credentials for the event?

Instructions on how to pick up your credentials will be communicated closer to the event date. The email will contain race information including a track map, race schedule, and credential pickup location. More information on Sunday’s Nascar Cup Series will also be emailed to customers and provide meeting point details, activity agenda, and suite information.

What is a Hot Pass?

A VIP Guest Pass (VGP) or “Hot Pass” is a credential that allows you access to the garage and pit areas before and during various portions of a NASCAR event weekend.

Are Hot Passes transferable?

No, Hot Passes are nontransferable.

No one other than the person registered for the credential is allowed to use the credential.

What are the age restrictions?

Guests must be at least 21 years of age (as of the date of the race) to obtain a Hot Pass for this opportunity.

Is there a dress code?

NASCAR guidelines state: The following articles of clothing are required: Pants or Shorts, Dresses or Skirts, Shirts/Blouses (short sleeve and sleeveless shirts/blouses are permitted), shoes (open-toed shoes are permitted).

Please remember you will be outside and on your feet all day.

Are cameras permitted in the pit and garage areas?

Yes! Cameras are definitely permitted. Keep it handy as you never know when you will meet a driver or celebrity. All pictures taken at the track are for personal use only and may not be distributed or sold.

Do we receive parking passes?

Parking passes will be distributed by group at credential pick up on Race Day.

Are Grandstand tickets included?

No, grandstand tickets are not included with this package.

Must I bring my Driver’s License to the track?

Yes! Please be sure to have your driver’s license on you at all times for security checks.

What is the weather policy?

If NASCAR Cup Series race is postponed due to weather, tickets/credentials will be honored on the rescheduled race day. All published dates and times are tentative and subject to change at the discretion of NASCAR and/or Pocono Raceway.
