Title Clerk – Pittsburgh, PA
JOB SUMMARY
A Title Clerk must help with processing of deals for both financing as well as the title work required by the state. Candidate should be self motivated, possess attention to detail, and have ability to work independently.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Help process new and used vehicles for registration and financing.
- Submit all paperwork to the DMV.
- Check all paperwork to ensure information is accurate and complete.
- Process the annual registration for all company owned vehicles.
- Assist with sales administration.
- Provide coverage and relief for the front desk as needed.
- Exhibit high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
- Notary certification required.
- 2-3 years experience preferred.
- Must possess and use good interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner.
- Display ability to work in a team oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills highly desired.
