JOB SUMMARY

A Leasing Account Representative will be tasked with obtaining new credit worthy accounts in both short term and long term rental and lease applications. The job requires candidate to place outside sales calls to prospect customers and demonstrate the features and benefits of the Mack, Volvo, and Hino brand. Candidate should be self-motivated and have the ability to increase sales.

Position Functions and Responsibilities:

Possess a strong working knowledge of commercial trucks.
Be an active/aggressive salesperson, with the purpose to fulfill our customer’s needs for both heavy duty and medium duty trucks.
Seek and develop new customers for profitable growth, while maintaining existing accounts.
Provide excellent customer service capability and strong communication skills.
Participate in professional sales and product training.
Assist in developing specifications and ordering trucks.
Exhibit high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Provide management with key customer information.
Meet sales volume and gross profit objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
1+ years direct sales experience preferred.
Must possess and use good interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner. 
Display ability to work in a team oriented environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills highly desired.
Product and market knowledge a plus.
