JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Custodian must perform daily tasks of all general building upkeep and cleanliness, as well as maintain the company grounds and assist in light repairs. Candidate will be responsible for ensure facilities are tidy and functional.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Functions and Responsibilities:
- Perform various cleaning activities of office and shop areas at multiple locations.
- Support facilities operations with maintenance, service or repairs in one or more skill areas.
- Ensure all outside grounds and parking areas are clear and clean of debris and upkeep is maintained.
- Perform seasonal duties such as leaves, snow, etc. removal is completed as required.
- Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
- Report to Service Manager for issues.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- 2-3 + years relevant experience preferred.
- Experience using hand and electrical tools.
- Must possess and use good interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds to the waist and 25 pounds to the shoulder
