Billing / Title Clerk – ALLENTOWN, PA

JOB SUMMARY

A Billing / Title Clerk must help with processing of deals for both financing as well as the title work required by the state. This role will also be responsible for assisting Financial Department with conducting accurate accounting, processing and other tasks as assigned. Candidate should be reliable, self-motivated, possess attention to detail, and have ability to work independently.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Help process new/used vehicles for registration & financing, as well as applications for outside customers.
  • Handle registration for Leasing Department.
  • Submit all paperwork to the DMV.
  • Supply Purchase orders to have work performed on new & used truck inventory.
  • Process all company billing.
  • Maintain file of all invoices, debits and credits issued to customers.
  • Check all paperwork to ensure information is accurate and complete.
  • Process the annual registration for all company owned vehicles.
  • Assist with sales administration.
  • Help maintain Inventory compliance.
  • Provide coverage and relief for the front desk as needed.
  • Exhibit high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Filing, Data Entry, and other administrative tasks or duties as needed or assigned by Office Manager.

Education & Experience:

  • Accounting Degree preferred, High School graduate required.
  • Notary certification required, and 2-3 years Accounting and Title experience preferred./li>
  • Must possess and use good interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Display ability to work in a team oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong computer skills highly desired..
